and attempted to answer some of the more common questions that arise.

30 Day Credit Accounts
Ordering Items
Ordering items from Libra Professional Broadcast is a simple process.
You do not need to log into the site or complete any lengthy forms.
Once you have found the item/items you wish to purchase simply click
on the 'Buy Now' button and your item will be added to the virtual
shopping cart. You will then be directed to the contents of your
shopping cart. From the shopping cart page you can update the quantity,
delete items and view delivery charges. You can at this point choose
to continue shopping and the contents of your cart will be saved
until later while you browse for more items, or you can proceed
to checkout.
Once you proceed to checkout you will be asked to fill in some
details about yourself and your payment and delivery details. You
can choose your payment method ( more information about payment
methods below), and process your order by pressing the 'checkout'
button. If everything is correct with your order you will be directed
to a confirmation page with details of your order that you may print
if you wish. You will also receive an email detailing and confirming
your order. If you do not receive either the confirmation email
or confirmation page please contact us.
Payments
Credit Debit Card payments : We accept all major credit cards on
our web site. The site is secure and uses encrypted 128-bit SSL
certificates issued by Geotrust to keep all your information private
and secure. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card simply choose
the 'credit card' option from the drop down box in the shopping
cart. You must supply a valid telephone number and billing address
to avoid delay processing your order.
Cheques - Bank Transfers and other Payment Methods : We also accept
cheques and bank transfers payments. If you do not wish to pay by
credit card choose the 'email' option from the drop down box in
the shopping cart. We will contact you either by email or phone
to arrange payment details. If you would like to request any other
payment method or have any queries you can include this in the 'additional
information' box in the shopping cart.
30 Day Credit Accounts
Libra professional Broadcast supply broadcast equipment to many
Educational Institutes, Official Bodies and other Organisations.
We can arrange 30 day credit accounts for qualifying customers.
If you wish to place an order through our site and apply for a 30
day credit account please place your order in the normal way then
choose the 'Email' option from the payments drop down box. Please
use the 'Additional information' box to request a 30 day credit
account and we will contact you to arrange this. |
